The Alabama Jr. MANRRS State Leadership Institute has the mission of exposing youth to career possibilities, and connecting them to future internships, and educational opportunities in their areas of interests. It is our goal to provide interactive workshops, general sessions, and tours are all in store for participants. Our program will provide activities to help youth discover firsthand how forestry agriculture, engineering, and technology and natural resources relate to the world around them and discover the excitement of academic excellence, leadership, technical development, and teamwork.
