Seven members of the Auburn equestrian team received a total of nine Ariat All-America honors, the National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced on Apr. 7.
The recognitions are the highest number awarded to any school in the association this year, highlighting Auburn’s strong performance during the season.
Head coach Jessica Braswell said, “I’m proud of these student-athletes for their outstanding seasons and being recognized as some of the best in the country. Their hard work throughout the year has produced competitive results.”
Among those honored were four riders in Horsemanship and three Jumping Seat athletes who combined for four All-America recognitions. Junior Avery Glynn and freshman Caroline Olsen each earned honors in both Fences and Flat categories. This marks Glynn’s second consecutive season receiving national accolades in both events. Glynn achieved first team status on Flat with a record of 10-2-0 and second team recognition in Fences with a record of 9-3-0, also earning multiple Rider of the Month awards from both Southeastern Conference (SEC) and NCEA.
Olsen was named to the first team for Fences with a leading record of 10-1-1 and placed on second team for Flat at 9-3-0. She secured two Most Outstanding Performer (MOP) awards during away meets against Georgia and had career-high scores across events.
Sophomore Ariana Marnell was given honorable mention in Fences, her first such honor, while Horsemanship riders Caroline Fredenburg (first team), Brooke Jolstad (second team), Alexia Tordoff (second team), and Sydney Swallom (honorable mention) were also recognized for their achievements this season.
These honors reflect Auburn’s continued prominence within collegiate equestrian competitions as its athletes collect individual accolades alongside top national rankings.
