The Auburn gymnastics team scored a 195.300 to finish ninth at the 2026 Southeastern Conference Championships, held March 21 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The result places Auburn behind Florida, which won the meet with a score of 198.175. Oklahoma finished second with 198.150 and LSU took third place with a score of 197.950. Alabama and Georgia rounded out the top five, while Missouri, Arkansas, and Kentucky placed sixth through eighth.

Head coach Jeff Graba said, “After a tough start to the meet, we settled down and did a great job on floor. It was a really good bounce back for the team. All in all, I’m proud of the fight. However, we won’t be able to start slow in the next meet so we need to get back to work.”

Auburn’s strongest event came on floor during the second rotation where they posted a combined score of 49.300. Sophomore Marissa Neal tied for second in that session with a score of 9.9, followed by junior Julianne Huff’s 9.875 and scores from Olivia Greaves and Olivia Ahern at 9.85 each.

On vault in the third rotation, Neal again led with another 9.9 as Huff contributed a 9.825 and freshman Mia Leverton added a 9.8 for an event total of 49.000 points.

Bars closed out Auburn’s competition after a bye in the fourth rotation; juniors Alex Irvine and Emma Grace Boyd both scored 9.85s while freshman Charlotte Booth and Huff added matching scores of 9.775.

The Tigers began their day on beam but had to count a fall toward their team total after Irvine’s routine received a score of 9.225.

Looking ahead, Auburn will compete next at the NCAA Regional Championships following Monday’s selection show scheduled for March 23 at 11 a.m., airing on ESPNU.
