The Auburn gymnastics team is ranked sixth nationally in the latest weekly standings from RoadToNationals.com, which are determined by average scores through the second week of competition.
Auburn began its 2026 season with a score of 197.150 at Neville Arena last Friday, defeating NC State, who scored 196.075. This was Auburn’s second-highest opening meet score in program history.
Within the Southeastern Conference (SEC), four teams occupy the top five spots in this week’s rankings. Florida leads at No. 1 with a 197.725. LSU and Oklahoma share second place with identical scores of 197.500, followed by Alabama at No. 4 with a 197.475 and Michigan at fifth with a score of 197.225.
Other SEC programs appearing in the top 25 include Missouri at No. 7, Georgia at No. 8, and Arkansas rounding out the top ten.
Auburn’s vault team achieved a national-best score of 49.475 this week, while their floor exercise squad also posted the highest mark in the country with a score of 49.500 during Friday night’s meet.
The beam squad stands ninth nationally after recording a score of 49.175.
On an individual level, junior Julianne Huff holds the nation’s thirteenth spot in all-around rankings after earning a total score of 39.375, while junior Olivia Greaves is tied for twenty-fourth overall with her all-around total of 39.200.
Junior Paige Zancan matched her career-high on vault with a score of 9.975 and currently ranks as the country’s top vaulter for this week’s results. Sophomore Sophie Bell shares second place on vault nationally after posting a score of 9.925; both Greaves and Bell are also tied for second on floor exercise with marks of 9.950 each.
Auburn will travel to Fayetteville next to face Arkansas in another matchup between two top-10 teams on Sunday, January 18 at 5 p.m., broadcast live on SEC Network.
