Auburn University’s top-ranked men’s golf team and On To Victory will host a Singer Songwriter Dinner on April 2 at 6 p.m. Central Time at Graystone Quarry in Franklin, Tennessee, according to a March 25 announcement. The event aims to support third-party Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for Auburn men’s golf student-athletes.

The dinner will bring together members of the Auburn community for an evening of live music, storytelling, and engagement with the team. Organizers say the event is intended to strengthen ties between supporters and student-athletes while providing financial support through NIL initiatives.

Nick Clinard, head coach of the Tigers men’s golf team, said: “We are so excited not only for the chance to enjoy some great food and fantastic live music but also for the opportunity to spend some real face-to-face time with our fanbase. Everything we do here at Auburn is driven by the unwavering support of our incredible fans. Our standard is to chase championships in every sphere of our lives, and it is because of that generosity that we are able to do so at such a high level.”

The evening will feature performances by Rhett Akins—Academy of Country Music Songwriter of the Decade and Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee—alongside Chris DeStefano, a multi-platinum songwriter/producer who has won three Country Music Association Triple Play Awards, as well as Eric Dodd. Each artist will perform acoustic sets during dinner.

Organizers state that all supporters of golf programs, music enthusiasts, and members of the Auburn family are welcome to attend this special event designed both as entertainment and as an opportunity for impact within collegiate athletics.

Following this dinner event, Coach Clinard’s team will participate in the Mason Rudolph Championship from April 3-5 at Vanderbilt Legends Club. The tournament is open to public attendance.
