Auburn University’s men’s golf team is positioned to compete for the championship in the final round of the Southern Highlands Collegiate in Las Vegas. The Tigers, ranked No. 2 nationally, are two strokes behind top-ranked Virginia after completing Monday’s second round at 13-under-par.
The team improved its overall score by one shot from Sunday, finishing the day at 7-under-par. Freshman Logan Reilly was a key contributor, shooting a bogey-free 67 for a five-under-par round. This marked a significant turnaround for Reilly, who improved by nine shots compared to his first-round performance.
