Ten Auburn University women’s swimmers and divers are set to compete at the NCAA Championships from March 18 to 21 at McAuley Natatorium in Atlanta, Georgia. The event marks a significant opportunity for the team following strong performances earlier in the postseason.

The championships will begin with the 1650 freestyle, 200 medley relay, and 800 freestyle relay on Wednesday. Fans can watch live coverage on ESPN Plus or follow results via Meet Mobile.

Elizaveta Klevanovich, Lora Komoroczy, and Zoey Zeller have all qualified for individual events. Klevanovich, a graduate student from Tyumen, Russia, is making her third appearance at the NCAA Championships. She is a three-time All-American and currently holds the nation’s 13th-fastest time in the 50 freestyle (21.55 seconds), making her the third-fastest performer in Auburn program history. Her time of 47.82 seconds in the 100 freestyle ranks fifth all-time at Auburn.

Komoroczy, a sophomore from Hungary, returns for her second NCAA appearance after narrowly missing All-American honors last year with a 17th-place finish in the 100 backstroke. This season she owns the country’s 27th-best time in that event (51.41 seconds). Zeller will make her first trip to NCAAs after moving up to fourth on Auburn’s all-time list in the 200 breaststroke (2:08.69) and fifth in the 100 breaststroke (59.65).

Head diving coach John Fox leads several divers into competition as well. Sophomore Emily Hallifax qualified for her second NCAA meet after finishing as an All-American last year with a score of 293.70 on platform diving for a thirteenth-place finish. At Zones this year, Hallifax nearly broke Auburn’s school record with a score of 327.40—just over one point shy of Vennie Dantin’s mark.

Juliette Landi and Chloe Brothers are both making their first appearances at NCAAs; Landi recently became Auburn’s fifth-best performer ever on three-meter springboard with a score of 351.65 at SECs.

Relay alternates Bella Ekk, Wyllo Hanson, Izzy Iwasyk, and Kiia Metsakonkola will also travel with the team; Ekk and Hanson served similar roles last season while Iwasyk and Metsakonkola are gaining their first NCAA experience.

The Auburn men’s team is scheduled to compete at their own NCAA Championships from March 25 to March 28 at Georgia Tech.
