Notice is hereby given that the City of Phenix City Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals will hold regular meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m., Eastern Time, at the Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center, located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama.

Cases must be filed twenty-one (21) days prior to meeting. Should there be no cases filed for any month, the meeting shall be deemed cancelled. For verification of meeting or agenda, please call 334-448-2740.
