Pair of Golden Tigers Named to Warhawk Invitational All-Tournament Team

Newcomers Keniah McRuffin (Red Oak, Texas) and Jakaiya Tutwiler (Memphis, Tenn.) were both named to the all-tournament team over the weekend following their play in the Warhawk Invitational, hosted by Auburn-Montgomery.

McRuffin finished tournament play with 12 kills, good for 1.33 kills per set over the weekend, after playing in all three matches and starting one. Meanwhile, Tutwiler accounted for 11 kills in her three matches, including a pair of starts, along with two aces and 13 total points over the weekend.
 
Senior Erin Jackson (Marietta, Ga.) also had a strong weekend, finishing with 11 kills, two assists and two aces, good for a team-high 14 total points, while freshman Chrischandria James (Trussville, Ala.) earned eight kills and an assist in the tournament.
