Notice is hereby given that the members of the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama will conduct an Administrative Hearing during the regularly scheduled council meeting at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at the Martin Idle Hour Park Community Center, located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama.
The Administrative Hearing will be held in regards to the revocation of the 2022 Phenix City business license for R.E. Recycling located at 1406 14th Avenue, Phenix City, Alabama, owned by Chris Wilson.
At said meeting, all persons desiring to be heard on the above matter may appear before council at the aforementioned time and place.
