Tickets on Sale for Tuskegee Hall of Fame Banquet

Tickets for festivities during Tuskegee University Athletic Department Hall of Fame weekend, including the game and banquet are now on sale.

 

The Hall of Fame Game will pit the Golden Tigers against Allen University at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, inside Abbott Memorial Alumni Stadium. The matchup is also part of a two-day celebration around the 11 Hall of Fame inductees, celebrating success and accomplishments with a variety of events starting on Friday, Sept. 23.

 

For more information on the banquet and tickets, click here. Individual tickets for the banquet are $40, with the start time being 6 p.m. inside Logan Hall. Tickets for the game against Allen are on sale on goldentigersports.com.

 

The Tuskegee University Athletics Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2022 will be honored throughout the weekend. This year's enshrines:

 

• John Armstrong - Football, Class of 1971

• Arthur Lee Brown - Football, Class of 1969

• Edward G. Dawson Jr. - Football, Class of 1989

• Justin Hannah - Football, Class of 2011

• Reginald E. Harrison - Football, Class of 1984

• Reginald J. Hollins - Baseball, Class of 2010

• Kenneth R. Jeffries - Football, Class of 1990

• Cedric Pearl - Football, Class of 1992

• Belinda Roby - Coach, Women's Basketball

• Ralph S. Simpson Jr. - Tennis, Class of 1997

• Thaddeus R. Smith - Football, Class of 1984

 

About the Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame

The Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1974 under the leadership of Dr. Howard W. Davis, Director of Athletics and Chairman of Physical Education Department at Tuskegee University.

 

The TUAHOF was established to honor and publicly recognize distinguished athletic alumni, athletic staff and supporters who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in areas such as sportsmanship, leadership, community service, education, university support, and professional fields. The Hall of Fame Exhibit & Museum opened on Oct. 17, 2013. Since opening, the TUAHOF Exhibit & Museum has been located in historic Logan Hall on the campus of Tuskegee
