AUBURN, Ala.- Most City facilities will be closed Monday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. Downtown parking will be free with the exception of the Wright Street Parking Deck.

Public Safety services will remain on their regular schedules. Garbage, trash and recycling pickup routes will be delayed by one day throughout the week.

The Auburn Public Library will be closed on Monday. Book drops will remain open, and the online collection of e-books, audiobooks and digital magazines are always available.

All Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed with the exception of Samford Pool and Yarbrough Tennis Center. These facilities will be open during their regular hours, but there will be no City tennis clinics. All City of Auburn parks, playgrounds and cemeteries will be open from sunrise to sunset.
