Tuskegee University announced on Mar. 17 the launch of its Women Who Lead video series in celebration of Women’s History Month.

The initiative aims to honor women who have demonstrated leadership, courage, and excellence within the university and the broader community. The series highlights stories of women who excel in their professions, support others, and inspire students to pursue their goals.

According to the announcement, “Women Who Lead celebrates the remarkable women shaping our campus and our community. These are women who excel in their professions, uplift others, and inspire students to pursue greatness in their own paths. Their journeys remind us that leadership begins with purpose. That diligence, compassion, and continuous learning pave the way for progress. And that when women lead, they don’t lead alone — they open doors for all of us to follow.”

The university will share videos throughout the month featuring leaders such as Dr. Brooke Burks, Dean of the School of Education, and Norma Clayton, Chair of the Tuskegee University Board of Trustees.

The campaign seeks to recognize those who “inspire, empower, and elevate the Tuskegee spirit every day,” according to Tuskegee University.
