U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (AL-03) voted in favor of legislation condemning the Biden Administration and Vice President Kamala Harris for their handling of border security. The legislation, passed on the House Floor today, emphasizes the necessity for elected officials to grasp the severity of the border crisis and respond appropriately.

“I was proud to support legislation condemning the Biden-Harris Administration’s willful negligence of the border crisis,” said Rep. Rogers. “Even with only a few months left with this administration, concern is continuously growing that the continuation of their policies will cause irreparable damage to our country. This administration has failed the American people with their zero-enforcement immigration policy, and a return to President Trump’s policies is what our country desperately needs.”

Since taking office in January 2021, the Biden-Harris Administration has seen 7.9 million illegal migrant encounters at the southern border, around 2 million known gotaways, and over 400 individuals with ties to ISIS entering the U.S., at least 50 of whom remain at large.
